Yes, really! Genuine, real Welsh small washed coal, ideal for OO/HO (or even N) gauge model railway use in open wagons, tenders, or staithes. This is slowly becoming harder to find. Have you ever tried making it? Very messy and somewhat time consuming. Sufficient for about 12 open 00 wagons (only 7 are shown in the photo,about 5 remain in the bottle); a lot more if you put a false base underneath the load. OK, so it may be a bit dusty if handled a lot, just like the real thing because it is just that. Comes complete in recycled plastic bottle dispenser which allows accurate and easy pouring. If you don't want to keep it in loose form, water down some PVC glue (about 3 water to 1 PVC) and pour a little over each wagon or staithe onto the coal, and this should 'fix' it in place - the white residue should disappear overnight as it dries. Also suitable for 0 gauge as 'fines' or small coal - about enough for 2 x 10 ton wagons (20 scale tons) US Buyers please remember this is fairly heavy, suggest for UK use only. SquiddlyDiddly Store You are bidding for a brand new open frame 12 volt DC 7 pole motor. Kit Builders Here is a NEW 12 volt motor that can be used in your 00 and 0 gauge motor chassis. This motor is similar in dimensions to the old Hornby/Triang X03/X04 motor of the 1960’s which were often used in the old Wills Kits.. This 7 pole motor is far more controllable than the old 3 or 5 pole motor with superior pulling power and extremely good slow running speed.  Previous buyers have told me that they have achieved slow speeds of less than one driving wheel revolution per minute. Now that is good. The overall length of the motor including shaft is 50mm and the height is 18mm. The motor width is 12.5mm, the shaft length is 6mm and its diameter is 2.3mm.  I believe the shaft is the same diameter as the X04 and it seems to take the same worm drives with no problem. RTR Modellers. This Motor can be used to replace the old X03/X04 motor found in the early Triang and Hornby Locomotives. Although of a similar size to those motors, there are three significant differences. The height from base to centre of shaft is approximately 1mm higher. The length of the shaft is significantly shorter at 6mm. There is no front plate lug to slot in to the chassis recess as with the X04 motors. I do offer an etched brass mount to assist the modeller with fitting this motor into an RTR chassis. I  also offer a replacement front plate and rear mounting point as an alternative option. Both of these options facilitate an easier installation of the motor but as in both cases the rear of the motor is a little higher that the original, this can cause clearance problems in some locomotives.   Old Scalextric Car Repairers This motor has almost identical dimensions to the Triang RX motor used in early scalextric cars of the 1960's and will make a very suitable replacement with some modification and adaption. I am told that this motor is similar to the Strombecker Raceways Scorcher Seven motor without the rear axle attachment. A lot of these motors come with a fitted cog for use with Scalextric Cars. This is easily removeable with a worm puller. Etched Brass Mount. Under separate listings I do offer a brass mount to help fit these motors. If I am not listing any them email me.

Jouef OO scale class 40 diesel in BR blue. Heavily work stained livery. Numbered 40006 & 206 (on both sides!). Working condition, unboxed. Fitted with directional working headlights although the bulbs at both ends need either replacing or tightening in the sockets.

A RESPRAYED HELJAN CLASS 47 BODYSHELL. SHELL HAS BEEN SPRAYED INTO RIVIERA TRAINS OXFORD BLUE 47843 AND FITTED WITH ETCHED 'VULCAN' NAMEPLATES AND CREWE CAT SYMBOLS. A NEAT RESPRAY. NONE OF THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT BY ME. I BOUGHT IT ON EBAY A WHILE AGO BUT I CANNOT SEE A NEED FOR IT IN MY PLANS ANYMORE UNFORTUNATELY. THE ONLY ISSUES ARE THAT IT IS MISSING 1 HANDRAIL FROM THE FRONT AND ON 1 OF THE CAB ROOFS THERE ARE SOME SMALL BLEMISHES (SEE PHOTO) WHICH I AM SURE COULD EASILY BE HIDDEN WITH SOME WEATHERING. Heljan CLass 47 851 Traction Magazine two tone green with full yellow ends. Locomotive body only Mint condition. (Small plastic aerial-missing one end but available from heljan spares) Will be carefully packed for post.  

For sale here is a Heljan Class 47 (Brush Type 4) Locomotive in BR two-tone green with yellow warning panels. The loco is offered 'used', as i purchased it pre-owned but  have not run it, and it looks not to have been used much if at all prior to my ownership. It is in first-class condition with original box and packaging. The snowploughs have been fitted to one end along with headcode 1M35. If my recollections from my signalling days are anything to go by, this was one of the late evening cross-country trains from the south to either Birmingham New St. or Manchester. All other detail parts and headcodes are present to be fitted as wished by the new owner. The subject of the model, D1942 entered traffic on June 16th, 1966 and now works for DRS as no. 47 709. For sale here is a Heljan Class 47 (Brush Type 4) Locomotive in BR two-tone green with yellow warning panels. It has been (quite well) renumbered from a standard Heljan D1100 model. Otherwise it is completely standard. The loco is offered 'used', as i purchased it pre-owned but  have not run it, and it looks not to have been used much prior to my ownership. It is in first-class condition with original box and packaging. The snowploughs and bufferbeam details have been fitted to one end along with headcode 1N05 (probably a Liverpool St.-Norwich working.)  All other detail parts and headcodes are present to be fitted as wished by the new owner. THIS MODEL IS FITTED WITH DIGITAL CHIP AND EXPRESS MODELS LIGHTS, 4 FRONT AND BACK. iT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT MINUS ONE SIDE CAB WINDOW. TWO BUFFERS (LOOSE WHEN PURCHASED) ARE SEALED IN. IT CAN BE RUN ON DC OF COURSE, BUT WITHOUT FULL FUNCTION OF LIGHTS.  THIS IS A GREAT BARGAIN ESPECIALLY FOR DCC USER.

Bachmann Deltic, 32-527, Crepello, blue, in excellent condition. I state "used", but although it may have been run once, it is as new and as it comes in the box in all respects (except a misplaced, notorious Bachmann buffer, which is being looked for). The name plates and small "accessory bits" are unmounted. A digital chip can easily be installed.
